Events in bold are Club events and the remainder are invitations or known happenings. Please always remember to give your numbers for catering purposes where asked for.

May 14th to 23rdMCCC Tour to Historic Pau races and France.
May 19th and 20thBeaulieu Spring Autojumble
Sunday 27th MayGather at 2:00 at the grandstand to move off on a run at 2:30 set by John Moon who has an excellent reputation for putting on enjoyable and somewhat testing events.
Sunday 3rd JuneMad Sunday and the most interesting place for an old car enthusiast to be is Castletown for the annual Southern Vintage and Tractor Show and if you take a proper car you get in for free! All day but you may come and go.
Sunday 24th JuneArmed Forces Day and the MCCC always kindly provide a few cars to help and give lifts to the veterans.
Sunday 1st JulyMilntown. This is the largest gathering of vintage an classic vehicles on the Island which last year attracted over 100 vehicles. It is sponsored by the Federation of Manx Historic Vehicles Club and organised by the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club. Held in one of our most beautiful stately houses, it carries on all day with catering provided or you may take a picnic. Starting at 10.00am
July 12th to 15thGoodwood Festival of Speed.
Saturday 14th JulyMCCC trip to Wales (fully booked)
25th – 29th JulyManx Heritage Transport Festival based all around the Island, mainly on the railways.
Sunday 5th AugustPeel Carnival and the Manx Transport Trust annual get-together at the Brickworks Yard. Be there for mid-morning and then join in the parade at 2:00 along the quay and around the promenade. Great fun and always well attended. Plenty of excellent pubs and restaurants nearby.
Wednesday 8th AugustMeet at 6:00 for 6:30 at the grandstand for en evening run set by Ian and Lesley Hodgkinson with a meal at the end. Numbers please to him on 851469 or 452957 by Monday night please.
Friday and Saturday 10th & 11th AugustThe Royal Manx Agricultural Show at Knockaloe, just south of Peel is probably our best gathering of the year with plenty of cars on both days. Lots to see and do with excellent outside catering, it’s a jolly good day out for the whole family. Saturday and Sunday 18th to 19th August‘Island at War’ event will take place on the steam railway between Douglas and Port Erin and they always welcome vintage and pre-war cars to add to the general wartime atmosphere.
Sunday 19th AugustGather at the grandstand at 2:00 to leave at 2:30 for a run to be set by Ken Blackburn. Numbers please to Ken on 673590 by Friday 18th.
Sunday 26th AugustMotorcycle Festival of Jurby and they have found some hard standing space so we are invited to display our cars once again. This is one of the other best days out in the whole year and the weather is always perfect!! Passes and wrist bands will be necessary and available from Edwin nearer the time on 822622 or ejf@manx.net
Saturday & Sunday 1st & 2nd SeptemberBeaulieu Autojumble.
Friday 7th to Sunday 9thGoodwood Revival.
Sunday 9th SeptemberMeet as ever at 2:00 for a 2:30 move off on a run set by our President, Bob Riding. This will wend its way northwards to Bob’s estanza where we can inspect his wonderful collection of Rolls-Royces, Bentleys and Daimlers. Bring a picnic and there will also be a BBQ and we gather in his east paddock.
Sunday 7th OctoberAll meet at the grandstand at 2:00 to leave at 2:30 on a run organised by Clive Bishop and he has quite a reputation for interesting runs but do remember to bring an OS map! Please let him know by Friday 12th on 812089 or cwb@manx.net
Sunday 18th NovemberWe revert to Winter timings and gather at 12:00 for 12:30 move off on a run set by Howard Richardson finishing with a lunch. Numbers to him on 622901 by Friday 16th please.
Sunday 25th NovemberA wonderful gathering of veteran, vintage and classics and some steam machinery at Market Square in Ramsey. It gets better every year and is on from 10:30 a.m. to around 4:00 p.m. Further news nearer the time.
